Do you think JWN members would be surprised if they got to know you in real life?
by nicolaou ini don't think you'd recognise me much at all.
i'm a royal mail postman, i love my job for the early starts and midday finish, the outdoors and the exercise.. i get on with people but i'm quite insular and don't enjoy crowds.
i'm happiest when i've fired up the charcoal and i'm making souvlaki or adana kebabs for my family and a few close friends.

My online persona is who I am offline. I am not for hiding who I am personality wise. Simply put, what you see is what you get. If you don't like it, not my problem. I'm done with constantly feeling like I need to watch my p's & q's.

Also, I would like to add. There are certain individuals within the activist community who are trying to shrug off the huge child abuse problem within the watchtower. Not everyone we may trust is exactly who they say they are, nor are they out to bring down the watchtower, one brick at a time! -

It's also very telling the author of the article is from Australia. Could this be a case of watchtower damage control? Something to think of! -

Met the new CO (correction officer) this week
by truth doubter injust want to share my take on the new circuit overseers visit.
first impression, he's a control freak.
he got up several times to correct the servants on lights, sound and speaker stand positioning.

So this can be flipped for our benefit then. Wasn't there a hi profile case involving a governing body! This is part of the lying media too isn't it?
So, really, what the CO is affectively saying is that Geoffrey Jackson lied too!

Netflix Has Jehovah's Blessing Behind It!!!
by thedepressedsoul ini am getting sick of the broadcast and how 1 new hall or a few thousand members in an area is "proof" of jehovah's blessing.. we just had a commentor at our wt study that brought out the 1.5% increase and how amazing that is and proof of jehovah's blessing.
not to be a joy kill but if i was invested in a company that was only growing at 1.5% and downsizing everything, i'd be selling that sucker and going short.
it hit it's stock performance peak and is retracting.

What he didn't say is most of thus increase is from developing countries. Countries that are still playing catch up in the communication infrastructure, countries that barely have smart phones, the developing countries that have access to smart phones, however the internet is barely usable!
I still cry when I hear about the poor Filipino's who thought Jehovah would save them if they went to the kingdom hall during one of the worst typhoons in the Philippines history. Did the watchtowers warn their "sheep?" No. The fact the watchtower knew this typhoon was about to hit the Philippines, but chose to do nothing makes me sick! Then they decide to make a propaganda video about it!
This country is one of the many developing countries the watchtower are targeting, in fact, I would hazard a guess that the Philippines is one of the watchtowers best targets!
So, in summery. The growth is coming from the watchtowers insidious policy of targeting vulnerable people in vulnerable countries! -

Garlic, bread, and vampires....
by Muddy Waters in.... being a little facetious today.... :).
the february 2016 broadcast has got me thinking.
crosses are bad, they make jehovah sad, they are terrible, evil, frightening things to most jws.

They are certainly emotional vampires. I was looking at a couple of photo's of myself today. One from my renewed driving licence, and one from my drivers CPC card that still has my mug on from 2005. The change in me is astonishing!
My eyes look dead in the 2005 photo with no smile. In my new photo I have a crafty smile on my face that would melt grannies heart lol.
However, that said. I don't think I will look at garlic bread the same again! I hope I do not break out into spontaneous laughter when ordering this rather delectable food stuffs!
